What You Should Do in Your Beauty Routine Every Morning

If you are working with skin that has spent a long and fraught pandemic, filled with stress and worry, gaining time and losing collagen, then you might have accidentally forgotten to take care of your skin each night and morning. Why bother when there’s nothing to do and no place to go, right? It’s time to redo some things. What should you do in your skin routine every morning?

Take Care of Your Skin

Your skin depends upon what you put into it and one it. You need healthy foods, and plenty of hydration. Sugar can cause inflammation, and superfoods help prevent it! Antioxidants do help, but your best bet is actually a gentle detergent to wash and moisturize! Especially using sunscreen when in the sunshine can help your skin to keep looking fresh and healthy for a long time to come.

Follow a Hair Routine

One of the most critical things to remember when considering a hair routine is that not all hair types and textures need to be cared for the same way. Regardless of your race or hair length, knowing your hair type is as important as knowing your skin type! Some hairs do not respond well to, for example, shampoos. Conditioner can strengthen your hair by protecting it from the elements. Even your hairdresser who trims your hair should have experience in the specific type of hair and texture you have, for best results! Sleep Well

What is going to make your skin look best in the morning? Preparation the night before. Go to bed early—really. Go to bed hydrated. Sleep as peacefully as possible. This can include making sure you read only peaceful things before bed. Your goal is to put yourself into a state of mind where your body can have a peaceful night’s sleep. Why? Sleep creates the ability of your body to heal itself, including your skin. Your skin needs sleep to produce collagen, and to keep your body safe and healthy

Your body needs you to be healthy to protect what’s within it, and having a good skin and hair routine helps with that goal. Protect your skin by keeping it clean and moisturized. Find your hair type and texture needs, regardless of your race. Finally, get a good night’s sleep to awake and face a beautiful new day!
